APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Use of Beans Plus during non-school hours is scheduled through the Building Reservations office using the following procedures:
1. Submit a completed Facility Use Request Form to the Building
Reservations office at least 14 business days in advance of the event. Include set-up and clean-up time when making your request.
2. Once your space is confirmed a contract listing all approved spaces, dates and times will be mailed to you.
3. If within 14 days of the event, please call to check for space availability.
CHARGES/BILING
All fees are due prior to the event. Beans Plus honors debit cards and all major credit cards. Insufficient fund checks will be charged a $30 state-allowed fee.

- Room Rental includes: pens, notepads, water glasses, carafes, tables, chairs, signage

- School Age Program using multiple rooms from 9-3pm
- Room Rental will be based on an 8 hour meeting, an additional charge of $10.00 per hour thereafter
