Beans Plus, Inc., is North Mankato, Minnesota’s expert child care and activity provider. Our convenient location in North Mankato is only minutes from downtown Mankato. Beans Plus is state licensed and professionally staffed, offer food programs and age appropriate curriculum.

Educational Philosophy

In order to meet the needs of every developing child, an environment must be created that is nurturing, loving, caring, and responsive, in order for the child to develop to his/her greatest potential.  By balancing the daily schedule with small, large, and individual activities, this will enable a child to grow in intellectual skills as well as emotional, social, and physical abilities.  A child’s job is to play, and through play we allow him/her to invent and discover on his/her own.  The role of the staff will be to provide positive role models, encourage and enrich experiential learning, and facilitate your child’s individual learning style.
